Oliver McCarthy is a lens-based artist currently living in Richmond, VA.
They received their BFA in Photography from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2025, and also attended The College of William and Mary and Paris School of Art. They are currently experimenting with abstraction and material forms (glass, fiber, wood) in relation to photography.
