studio practice are complimentary. Painting combines the tedious of design with the freedom of creative vision. It allows her to focus on the detail oriented while also zooming out to the abstract. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Douglas attended the University of Georgia where she earned her
BFA in Interior Design. She now lives in Nashville, TN with her chocolate lab, Dave.
