Andras Bality is a contemporary representational painter.
Born in 1963 to Hungarian immigrant parents. Born in and resides in Richmond, VA. He studied painting at Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating in 1986; afterwards he attended a postgraduate painting course at the Cyprus College of Art, completing it in 1987, where he learned how to be a plein air painter from English painter Tom Watt.
