Rebecca Oh (b. 1995) was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland.
She received her BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2016, then her MAT in 2017. Oh taught art in the public school system for four years before pursuing her MFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and receiving her degree in 2025.
