No Refunds or Returns

  • Due to the nature of the artwork we sell, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items*

  • If you receive a damaged artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@bondmillengallery.com or (804) 966-0349.
  • Please include a photo of the damaged product in your email.
  • Upon verification of the damage, we will, at our discretion, either assist in finding local a restoration option or issue a refund for the full purchase amount.

*This exception does not apply to items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling.
